IRVINE, Calif. — Like lurking tigers peeking through the darkness, more muscle cars are getting their own sets of piercing eyes. In this case, the halo-like glow emanates from colored LED lights that rim their headlights like irises surrounding black pupils. At a recent Dodge and Chrysler car gathering on an abandoned airstrip here, owners treated these so-called halo lights as automotive must-haves for those who want to turn heads. Every city pretty much has that Friday night spot where everybody goes," says Justin Hartenstein, product development director for Oracle Lighting Technology, one of the manufacturers. Muscle-car drivers "go into the parking lot and flip on the halos," then watch as the crowd gathers. He says Oracle, part of AAC Enterprises of Metarie, La,. Although it carries many kinds of auto lights, halos remain the big sellers. "Halos are what we're known for," he says. Hartenstein says Oracle's kits are designed for do-it-yourselfers and come in single colors or a rainbow of continuously changing colors. BEP Frontman Will.i.am's Custom Delorian on Top Gear BBC: 
If you caught this week's episode of Top Gear BBC you likely saw host Jeremy Clarkson interview BEP frontman Will.i.am about the new car he is building with the help of our friends at West Coast Customs and actually showed a previously unreleased photo of the vehicle sporting a set of custom ORACLE Halo headlights custom built specifically for this vehicle application. The vehicle is a completely re-vamped DMC Delorian powered by a Supercharged LS3. We were happy to assist with the lighting design for this build. This project was particularly exciting for us because of the exciting design and passion that Will.i.am has for automotive culture and style. Read more HERE

Operation Mend Project w/ Mecum Auctions and West Coast Customs:
ORACLE Lighting recently teamed up with West Coast Customs, Operation Mend UCLA, and Mecum Auctions on a build to help raise money for the charity that helps wounded Military personnel in Iraq and Afghanistan by providing them with plastic and reconstructive surgery, mental health support, and other specialty care. "Operation Mend was established to help treat U.S. Military personnel severely wounded during service in Iraq and Afghanistan." All of the proceeds from the sale of this Camaro will be donated to Operation Mend.
