I just had the best experience with Mel at Oracle. I've only bought 2 items from them, but both times they went out of their way to make sure I was happy. I was at my wits end trying to figure out something wrong with a noise my lightbar. I thought even though I bought it almost 2 years ago, I will call them anyways. Not only did they know what the fix was, they noticed a small crack in it and sent me a new one without even having to ask. I know they may be more expensive than some other cheap knockoffs, but the quality is there, and it’s WORTH IT. I'm going to log in and find something else to buy now.

About 5 months ago, I purchased LED lighting for my 2021 Stingray, including running lights, wheel rings, and headlights. However, I encountered issues with the wheel rings not changing colors via the app and half of the running lights not functioning properly. Upon reaching out to Oracle via email for assistance, they promptly responded and provided troubleshooting help, with Andre guiding me through the process. After a few weeks of back-and-forth communication, we successfully identified and resolved the problems. I was impressed by their responsiveness, dedication to finding a solution, and their commitment to honoring the warranty. Best Customer Service experience ever!
I loved my new tail lights and they were easy to install. I was super sad when just short of 2 years had gone by and one of them malfunctioned. I called and even in an unprecedented snowstorm they answered and were so amazing and quickly remedied the situation. I am a forever customer now. It was like dealing with a mom-and-pop store - like a local. 10/10 recommend!

I'm amazed at the customer service from Oracle Lighting. Mark and everyone there was super helpful, informative and patient with me. I was busy when I reached out about my taillight center section going out and didn't have the time to take it out and get then the info they needed. They stayed in contact and checked in to see how I was doing and made sure that I had nothing to worry about. When I finally got them the info, they sent me all the replacement info right away. They were quicker than I was. I love the flush mount taillights for my Bronco. Product is great, customer service is great. Now I just need to find what else I want from them and place an order. Thanks again Mark and team for all the help and info.

Love my Oracle lights on my Bronco. How ever I did have issue with one of the six lights. I put off contacting Oracle about the problem. It is always a hassle dealing with a warranty issue with other companies. I was super surprised when one phone call and one email is all it took to resolve the problem. Absolutely a great experience. I will be ordering more lights from them. Plus, a two-year warranty. One happy customer!!!
Update to my review!! I received my replacement light. Installed and it works perfectly. Truly one of the easiest warranty experiences ever. My customer service agent was Mel. Absolutely a great experience all the way through the process. Thanks again!!
