The ORACLE Dynamic ColorSHIFT® Surface Mount Halo Kit for the 2015-2023 Dodge Challenger is the most complete halo upgrade available for this platform - covering all four headlight rings and both fog light rings in a single combo kit. The surface-mount design is protected by USPTO Utility Patent #11072276 and attaches directly to the exterior of the lens using a patent-pending adhesion system. No headlight removal, no baking, no cutting required.
Each ring is encased in a special polymer resin for complete IP67 waterproof protection - fully functional even when submerged. The Dynamic ColorSHIFT® technology takes halo customization to the next level with multi-color moving (chasing) patterns, over 200 pre-programmed effects, static color control, and a white mode for legal street driving - all controlled via the free LED Hue smartphone app.
The included Dynamic Bluetooth controller features DRL and turn signal trigger wires, allowing the halos to integrate with your factory lighting circuits for a seamless, OEM+ experience.
An in-line fuse adapter and 3A fuse are required for this kit to operate properly and are NOT included. These must be sourced separately before installation.

ORACLE Lighting 2015-2023 Dodge Challenger Dynamic ColorSHIFT Surface Mount Headlight & Fog Light Halo Kit - Combo
Surface-mount installation — no headlight removal, baking, or cutting required. Apply the adhesion promoter pad to the lens surface, attach the halo rings to the exterior of the lens, connect the ring terminals to the battery + and − terminals, then pair the Dynamic Bluetooth controller with the LED Hue app using protocol setting BRG-SK6812. Connect DRL and turn signal trigger wires to the appropriate factory circuits if desired.
