ORACLE Lighting Welcomes Jaclyn Bradham as Chief Revenue Officer

ORACLE Lighting, a leader in high-performance automotive lighting solutions, is proud to announce the appointment of Jaclyn Bradham as Chief Revenue Ocer (CRO). With more than 15 years of experience in sales leadership and revenue growth, Jaclyn brings a dynamic, results-driven approach to the executive team at a pivotal time in ORACLE’s growth trajectory.

“We’re excited to welcome Jaclyn Bradham as Oracle Lighting’s new Chief Revenue Ocer,” said Tiffanie Hartenstein, CEO of ORACLE Lighting. “With her strong industry background and a proven track record of driving strategic growth, Jaclyn is exactly the kind of leader we need as we continue to scale in the automotive aftermarket. Her expertise will play a key role in enhancing the customer journey and elevating the Oracle Lighting brand experience.”

Bradham brings over 15 years of sales leadership experience, including significant time in the automotive media and publishing industries. Most recently, she served as Vice President of Media Revenue and Sales at Hemmings, the largest publisher of collector car magazines and a trusted marketplace for buying and selling classic vehicles. At Hemmings, she led efforts across multimedia content, digital platforms, and sales strategy, implementing CRM systems, launching new media products, and training high-performing sales teams. Her leadership helped drive sustained revenue growth and expand Hemmings’ reach in the highly competitive collector car and automotive enthusiast space, working with manufacturers to reach their target audiences.

Before joining Hemmings, Bradham spent nearly a decade at The Business Journals, where she held several senior roles, playing a critical role in developing national sales, product roll-out plans and mentoring emerging sales talent across multiple markets.

Known for her straightforward communication, results-oriented leadership, and passion for solving complex business challenges, Bradham has a proven track record of aligning sales and marketing strategy with broader organizational goals. Her ability to lead cross-functional teams and foster a culture of performance and accountability makes her an invaluable addition to ORACLE’s leadership team.

“At Oracle Lighting, our core values—Grow or Die, One Team, Accountability, and Loyalty—aren’t just words; they’re the foundation of everything we do,” Hartenstein added. “We look for leaders who live and breathe the G.O.A.L., and Jaclyn absolutely does. Her drive, team-first mindset, and commitment to excellence make her an incredible addition to our executive team.

”In her new role, Bradham will oversee revenue strategy and sales operations across all channels, with a focus on optimizing performance, enhancing partner success, and scaling ORACLE’s presence in new and existing markets.

“I’m thrilled to be joining a company with such a bold vision and a values-driven culture,” said Jaclyn Bradham. “ORACLE Lighting has built an incredible reputation for innovation and quality, and I look forward to working alongside this talented team to unlock new opportunities, drive growth and deliver even more value to our customers and partners.”

Bradham holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication, Media from North Carolina State University, and has previously served in media relations roles at the University of Alabama and with the Carolina Panthers, experiences that laid the groundwork for her successful career in sales, marketing, and team leadership.
