Processing & Order Timelines

Most items will be shipped within 1–2 business days unless out of stock. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday will be processed on the next business day.

Customers will be notified of out-of-stock items via email. We do our best to list only in-stock items, but due to high sales volume we reserve the right to backorder items up to 30 working days.

Shipping Promotions

Any shipping promotion on ORACLELIGHTS.COM applies within the United States only. All other areas and countries are excluded.

Tracking & Shipping Updates

Shipping updates are emailed automatically by our system — please check your spam folder before contacting us for a tracking number.

If you have a PayPal account, you can also check tracking status by logging into PayPal and visiting the sale page.

ORACLE LIGHTING installs and tests all lights before they leave our facility. A photo of the completed lights can be emailed to you upon request.

We suggest adding insurance to expensive items and large orders. To get a shipping insurance quote, call us at 1-800-407-5776.

Shipping to California — Prop 65 Warning

Proposition 65 requires ORACLE LIGHTING to notify Californians about significant amounts of chemicals in the products they purchase. By providing this information, Proposition 65 enables Californians to make informed decisions about protecting themselves from exposure to these chemicals.

Shipping to Canada

Canada Customs requires Canadian recipients to pay applicable duties and taxes on each shipment entering Canada. These charges may include PST, GST, HST, duties, and other taxes (e.g. excise tax). A brokerage fee is also charged to process shipments and present customs paperwork on the importer's behalf.

Your order will be shipped under UPS's e-Tailer Brokerage Program (eBP). Eligible shipments imported into Canada for non-commercial purposes and valued under CAD $200 via UPS Standard are subject to a reduced brokerage fee of CAD $10, plus applicable duties and taxes. Shipments valued at CAD $200 and above, imported for commercial purposes, or subject to specialized clearance may incur additional fees.

UPS will request payment of these charges at the time of delivery. You may call UPS ahead of time at 1-800-742-5877 to pay these charges and eliminate the need for payment on delivery.

Important Packing Instructions

All returns should be re-wrapped in either the original plastic film or thoroughly wrapped in plastic wrap (like Saran Wrap) before re-packaging inside the original box with the foam inserts.

All lenses should be covered with plastic wrap and all individual units should be wrapped and secured to prevent damage. If original foam inserts are no longer available, please use bubble wrap or other padding to prevent the product from moving in transit.

⚠ Failure to provide proper packaging will result in restocking fees.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt, less shipping and a 10% Restocking Fee. All opened packages that are returned will have an additional $15 Repackaging Fee deducted from the refund. Please open and inspect your item as soon as you receive it to avoid any problems.

Pre-Assembled Headlights and Pre-Assembled Fog Lights are not eligible for return or refund as they are custom built-to-order.

How Do I Return My Product?

We design ORACLE LIGHTING products to bring quality and performance to your automotive lifestyle. We feel the same way about customer service. If you feel the need to return or exchange an item based on the guidelines below, we will gladly make it happen.

Merchandise can be returned for a refund or exchange for any reason within 30 days from the day you receive your item. All items must be unused, fully intact, and in the original packaging to receive a refund or to qualify for an exchange. Returns and exchanges will be processed within 5 business days of being received at our warehouse and refunds will be issued based on the original method of payment. You will receive an email notification once your return is processed. Please allow 1–2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.

  • Ordered through an ORACLE vendor/distributor? Please contact them directly for an RMA#.
  • Ordered over the phone? Email us at info@oraclelights.com to request a Return Authorization #. Please include your original order number to avoid delays. Once you receive your RMA#, print and fill out the Return Form provided via email and include it with the merchandise along with a copy of your original receipt.

Used items will not be accepted for exchange or return and will be returned at the customer's expense.

Clearance Items are considered final sale and will not be accepted for exchange or return.

Return Procedures

Once you receive your RMA#, print and fill out the Return Form provided via email. This document must be included with the merchandise along with a copy of your original receipt. Failure to request an RMA will result in automatic refusal of the package. ORACLE Lighting will not be responsible for lost packages as a consequence.

⚠ Important Notes:
  • We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
  • You must include a return address. Any package received without a return address will be refused and ORACLE LIGHTING will not replace the contents.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability. A refund can be processed if the product is unavailable.
  • After 30 days, returns are NOT accepted.

Accepting Delivery — Damaged Packages

There is always a possibility of internal or external damage caused by careless handling, accident, or other incidents during transit. Equipment may be damaged without any apparent visible damage to the container. ORACLE LIGHTING insures all shipped items at replacement value. However, we ask for your assistance in determining the cause and extent of any possible damages:

  1. Upon receipt of the shipment and before accepting delivery, inspect the outside packaging.
  2. Note any damages — even an innocuous hole in the box, torn bubble wrap, minor dents, or banged-in corners.
  3. If errors or damage of any kind are discovered, save all packing material and broken pieces. Notify ORACLE LIGHTING immediately so we can inform the shipping company that a claim will be made. Take pictures if possible.
  • ORACLE LIGHTING will not process claims for transportation damages if not notified within 24 hours after delivery.
  • ORACLE LIGHTING will not be responsible for missing items if not notified within 2 business days of delivery.
  • ORACLE LIGHTING will not be responsible for any claims unless the above procedures are strictly followed.

Custom Applications

Custom paint and custom work cannot be reversed or refunded. When you purchase pre-assembled headlights, fog lights, painted items, or ship your lights to ORACLE LIGHTING, you are authorizing us to complete the custom work as we see fit. Please call our Sales Department at 1-800-407-5776 for pricing on custom work or download our Custom Application Form.

Custom Built / Painted Parts

Please allow approximately 4–6 weeks for custom painted parts and 10–14 business days for pre-assembled parts. These are custom order parts and will ship after the estimated build time. Production time may vary. Once lights are processed with our technicians, the order cannot be canceled. Tracking information will be shared as soon as it is available. These items are not eligible for return after they have been received.
