    Q: What is a 7443"CK" connection?

    A: 7443-CK is like the traditional 7443 bulb except the ground terminals are located on the same side of the connector. If the ground terminals are located on the opposite side of the connector, then it more than likely is a standard connector.

    Q: How to know if you have a standard or CK bulb?

    A: Many late-model Toyota cars and Trucks (Toyota Tundra for example) as well as Jeep Wrangler JL Front Turn Signals are a CK type. Examine the original bulb, most CK bulbs will say “SRCK" on the base.

    Q: What will happen if a standard LED bulb is used for a CK socket?

    A: Only one level of brightness will illuminate depending on the direction the bulb is plugged in. The bulb also may cause a short-circuit when installed.

    Q: I have a Sport model and I encounter a signal out error message. How can this be fixed?

    A: This can be resolved by changing the Front Turn Signals to LED at your local dealership.

Great replacements!

These are a great replacement lights for your Wrangler turn signal / running lights. Very easy to install and no issues with flickering. Installation took less than 10 minutes and they look great!

Better than stock

I just traded in a 2018 JL Sahara with the LED package for a 2021 Willys that only had LED headlights, not the turn markers. So no more DRL's. And I didn't like the look of the lights on the fenders.

Did some digging online and came up with these. I swapped them out, and as they are, they work well, now the fender lights are white again until turning, and the amber alternating with white while turning.

There is no LED at the "end" of this, so you DO get a darker circular area on the outside edges where it doesn't light up well at all. And these are NOT anywhere as bright as the actual LED package, so their use as DRL's I think is going to be pretty minimal. I know there are ways to hook these up so that they illuminate with my LED headlights that are in halo mode for DRLs when the lights are off, but since they aren't that bright, and the lens doesn't do as well either in letting the light be seen during the day, there seems no real reason to bother with the extra work. They just won't be that visible, so not worth the hassle.

But they do look better than the stock amber color, and they did fit without issue. No fast blinks, no errors so far in the Wrangler, these were accepted just fine.

Easy installation and works great!

These were extremely easy to install and they are working just fine without resisters, which every other switchback seems to require. The amber turn signals are very bright. However, the reason for the 4 star vs. 5 is that the white LED doesn't seem very bright, especially in the daytime, which was a primary reason for adding them. They are definitely not as bright as other DRL.
