Installation requires no modification to the fender sheetmetal - the cladding applies with included VHB adhesive for a secure, long-lasting bond.
Fits: Jeep Wrangler JL & Gladiator JT
Jeep Wrangler JL & Gladiator JT Sidetrack LED Fender Lights - Entry & Turn Signal | ORACLE
Installation Tips:
Install is possible without rivet removal; however, removing rivets makes installation easier.
If you remove the rivets as shown in the video, we suggest having replacements on hand: MOPAR Part # 6506007AA.
If installing on Gladiator Sport, the rubber grommet may appear slightly different than the video. Installation process remains the same.
Approximate installation time: 1 hour

Once again ORACLE has hit a home run!!!! Install was super easy and fast. Lights up the ground when getting in and out of the jeep. Top quality
Can never go wrong with the Sidetrack! We hope you enjoy!
These side marker lights are great I have purchased 3 sets for are Jeeps. They increase safety on the road and in the driveway and parking lots.
The side marker lights illuminate when you unlock and open the doors for increase safety and comfort.
I've had mine on for just over a year at this point and I absolutely love them. The added 'turn indicator' gives me a little bit of piece of mind when changing lanes or merging at speed on the interstate.
The 'Entry' light is awesomely bright and so helpful at night.
I'm unfortunately about to take mine off, as I am changing fenders and I'm unsure if they will work with my new setup, however I'm going to at least try and get them to fit because I love them that much.
These were one of the first things I purchased so they set in the box for 6 months before I ever installed. I also installed aftermarket fenders by Bushwacker, Hyper Form fender flares. After the fender install I realized these would not fit the new fenders so I had to heat them up and remove them. I took a dremel tool and modified these until they fit my new fenders. Reheated and reapplied. If I ever change these fenders I will be purchasing these again as I think they should come standard on all Jeeps. They work perfectly as intended. Amber blinkers for turning, you'd be surprised how much blind spot there is for seeing your front or rear turn signals. These will show your turning intensions from all angles. The white LED is a must have for stepping out in the dark. Why Jeeps don't come with these factory installed is beyond me. Don't even question it, your Jeep needs them. You need them! Everything I have purchased from Oracle is top notch product and support. It's the only brand of light I will use going forward.
Well, at 1st I was a bit hesitant to install them because of needing to notch the factory fender vent but after watching a few YouTube tutorials I realized it wouldn’t show even if I stopped using the lights. My suggestion would be to hop on Amazon and buy Christmas tree clips and the other inner fender clips in case you break a few. The clips that you push in to remove DO need to be replaced with new ones so be prepared. Wiring is a breeze with the supplied material. All I all I love them. They look cool and honestly the light at night is super helpful. It’s the item I didn’t know I needed.
Thank you so much for the review Daniel and for sharing your twist on the installation.
These lights are really nice! They light up the ground around my door when I press my open doors on my Fob! The amber turn signals are awesome! These should have been a standard feature for all Jeeps!
Ive had the side track lights on my Gladiator for around 2 years they work great. They make navigating interstate lanes much easier. Really Jeep should put this type of setup on all Gladiators. There is a huge distance between being able to see the rear turn signal and the front torn signal. So people in that zone have no idea you are signaling. Great product.
These work perfectly on our Wranglers and Gladiator ... as we all know ... people are not paying as much attention on the roads as they should be ... These bright amber turn signals instantly get their attention and the puddle lights really help to light up the whole area around the Jeep too!
The fit is like a factory option. As a plug and play device it goes in ALMOST as easily promised. I have a 2021 JL and there are a couple of differences form the video and install instructions I found in my install. In removing the wheel wells for the out plastic rivets I only needed to remove #2, 3 & 4 counting up from the backside of the outer fender. Getting through the passenger firewall was simple but it was through a nipple on the grommet above the wire harness. I just trimmed the tip off with scissors, Lubed up a 12awg solid copper wired and fished it through from the engine side easily in to the passenger footwell. The included connectors were quality, equal to the entire system. The lighting system exceeded my expectations. Thanks guys.
Pros-
- Easy install
- Incredible lighting - just bright and clear.
- Reduced the giant dark wall of the Jeep JL
Cons -
- Not really a con - but when wiring the ground and wiring into the courtesy light, I followed a YouTuber's advice and spliced the black wires together and the yellow wires together, and included a line to run to the connection - this reduces the numbers of ground taps, and the number of wires into the cabin.
So first - watch the videos - they are really well done and clearly highlight the installation - which took my son and I about 90 minutes all in. I drilled through the vent with a 1/8 in bit that cleared a channel for the wiring. This reduced the friction between the plastic and the trim. Seems totally optional but seemed to make sense. I put a plastic shim in between and ran a drill into the plastic and it was quick and painless.
Lastly, be very deliberate on placement - these things fit PERFECTLY when you align them - but once you stick it in place, its very hard to adjust. Align it against the vent, hovering about the paint, and then go straight in. And once in, they are beautiful. These should come from the factory
I've had these lights on my Gladiator for several months now, and I can't say enough good things about them. They are super bright, and are a huge improvement to the visibility of the turn signals on my JT. I use them all the time. I wired my white light lead to my bed lights which allows me to control them with the OEM bed light switch on the dash, as well as coming on when a door is open. Thanks, Oracle!
Ordered the Oracle SideTrack LED lighting for my 2018 Jeep Wrangler JL. Install is a little tight to maneuver inside the Jeep (space), but the quality, fit, and function are great.
The Sidetrack LED lighting system for JL 18-20 and JT 20 is an awesome addition to your Lightning options.
Install is easy and straight forward. No drilling necessary if you route the wiring through your side vent and up into the under hood area. The LED is very bright and produces more than enough light for the ground area by you doors. Also, the blinker (amber color) allows for anyone beside or behind you to see that you intend to turn or change lanes.
I highly recommend this light. I am going to upload pics on oracle Facebook and twitter or if you email me I can send them to you.
