What qualifies as B-Stock/Open Box inventory?
B-Stock/Open Box inventory includes products that are not considered brand new. This may include open box returns, demo units, previously installed products, items with cosmetic blemishes, damaged packaging, or discontinued inventory.
Are products tested before sale?
Yes. Each product is inspected, tested, and verified to be functional prior to being listed for sale. Product condition will be outlined directly on the product page.
Do products include all original hardware/accessories?Â
Yes. Products are expected to include the necessary hardware and accessories for installation unless otherwise noted on the product page. Some Grade C items may be missing original packaging.
Is there a warranty?
No. B-Stock/Open Box inventory is not eligible for the standard ORACLE Lighting warranty coverage.
What happens if my item arrives damaged or non-functional?
If your item arrives damaged or experiences a verified Dead on Arrival (DOA) issue, you must contact ORACLE Lighting within 14 days of delivery. If replacement inventory is available, a replacement may be provided. If replacement inventory is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
Can B-Stock items be returned?
No. Due to the discounted nature of B-Stock/Open Box inventory, all sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted outside of verified DOA or shipping damage claims reported within 14 days of delivery.
Are quantities limited?
Yes. Most B-Stock/Open Box items are extremely limited in quantity and may only have one unit available.
Can I combine discounts or promo codes?
No. B-Stock/Open Box inventory is already heavily discounted and is not eligible for additional promo codes, discounts, or offers.
Will more inventory be added regularly?
Yes. New B-Stock/Open Box inventory may be added periodically as products become available through returns, demos, warehouse clearance, or inventory rotation.
