At ORACLE Lighting, we’ve spent the past 25 years redefining what’s possible in the world of automotive lighting. Today, we’re proud to unveil our most groundbreaking innovation yet: the world’s first lensless LED headlight a revolutionary product that’s about to disrupt everything you thought you knew about headlight design.

For more than a century, every headlight (regardless of technology) has included one fundamental component: a clear outer lens. From the earliest acetylene flame lamps of the 1880s to today’s modern LED headlights, that lens has remained... until now.

Our new lensless LED headlight eliminates the lens entirely, removing the most failure-prone element of the system. No more fogging. No more cracking. No more yellowing or hazing. No more lens oxidation. No more moisture behind your lens. This is a design built for durability, performance, and innovation from the inside out.

Watch the complete installation and first look below to see just how modular and revolutionary this system really is.
This cutting-edge design is made possible by modular Bi-LED emitter pods with innovative features such as IP68 ingress protection and active thermal management. Each LED component, from the DRL to the high and low beams, is fully serviceable and replaceable, giving users and installers a dramatically improved ownership experience.

And thanks to its modular bracket system, the product ships in more compact packaging, reducing freight costs and improving inventory efficiency for retailers and dealers alike.

Without a lens covering the front, the headlight’s sculpted housing becomes a bold styling feature. Even better? The housing can be paint-matched to your vehicle, offering a level of personalization and customization never before possible with traditional headlight designs. Whether you’re building a show truck or just want a stealthy OEM+ look, this product makes a bold statement.

One of the biggest frustrations with modern LED headlights is the lack of serviceability. A single failed LED often means replacing the entire unit, sometimes at a cost of thousands of dollars for a single light. With ORACLE’s modular lensless design, individual pods are easily accessed and replaced (often without even needing to take the headlight out of the vehicle), saving time, money, and waste.
The modular headlight brackets are not only reinforced but also replaceable, making repairs after minor accidents or shipping damage quick and cost-effective. This also reduces shipping costs since the packaging size is smaller.

Q: What is a lensless LED headlight?
A: A lensless LED headlight is an innovative automotive lighting design that eliminates the traditional clear outer lens found on every headlight for over a century. ORACLE Lighting's world-first lensless headlight exposes the modular LED components directly, removing the most failure-prone element while improving durability, performance, and customization options.
Q: What are the benefits of lensless headlights compared to traditional headlights?
A: Lensless headlights eliminate common issues like lens fogging, cracking, yellowing, hazing, oxidation, and moisture buildup. The modular design also allows individual LED components, including the DRL, high beam, and low beam, to be serviced or replaced without replacing the entire headlight. This dramatically reduces repair costs, minimizes waste, and provides a much longer service life. The exposed housing can even be paint-matched to your vehicle for a completely custom appearance.
Q: How do you clean a lensless headlight?
A: Cleaning is just as easy as washing the rest of your vehicle. Every component is engineered to withstand high-pressure water from automatic car washes, pressure washers, and normal vehicle washing. Simply wash the headlights as you would the rest of your truck.
Q: Do bugs, dirt, or mud build up on the headlight?
A: Just like your grille, auxiliary lights, or traditional headlights, the exposed components can collect bugs, dirt, or mud during normal driving. The difference is that they're designed specifically for this environment and can be cleaned during a normal vehicle wash.
For even easier maintenance, ORACLE will offer an optional Graphene Ceramic Coating Kit during pre-orders. The coating creates an extremely slick hydrophobic surface that helps repel bugs, mud, water spots, and grime for years, making cleanup as simple as rinsing the lights off.
Q: Why isn't the ceramic coating applied at the factory?
A: Many owners choose to paint-match their headlight housings. Applying a ceramic coating before painting would require extensive preparation before refinishing, so we leave that choice up to the customer.
Q: Are lensless headlights durable enough to withstand rocks and road debris?
A: Yes. Each LED emitter uses a 1-inch-thick chemically hardened optical glass optic designed for exceptional impact resistance. A rock large enough to damage the optic would also be capable of damaging a traditional plastic headlight lens.
Additionally, because each optic has approximately 96% less surface area than a conventional headlight lens, it is significantly less likely to be struck by road debris in the first place.
If damage does occur, the optic can be replaced for under $20, compared to replacing an entire factory headlight assembly that may cost hundreds, or even thousands, of dollars.
Q: Will snow or ice build up on the headlights?
A: No. The projector housing is constructed from aluminum and serves as part of the active thermal management system for the LED emitters. During normal operation, the housing becomes warm to the touch, helping prevent snow and ice accumulation that commonly affects traditional LED headlights.
Q: Can individual components be replaced
A: Yes. The modular design allows the DRL, high beam, and low beam modules to be serviced individually. In many cases, the emitter pods can be replaced without removing the headlight assembly from the vehicle, making maintenance faster, easier, and significantly less expensive than replacing a sealed OEM LED headlight.

For more than 100 years, automotive headlights have relied on the same basic concept: protecting the light source behind a large outer lens. While lighting technology has evolved from halogen to HID to LED, the outer lens has remained the weakest and most failure-prone component that is susceptible to fogging, yellowing, cracking, oxidation, and moisture intrusion.
ORACLE's patent-pending Lensless Architecture changes that completely.
By eliminating the traditional outer lens and utilizing sealed, modular LED emitters, we've created a headlight that is:
This isn't simply another headlight upgrade, it's an entirely new technology platform designed to solve real-world problems while delivering superior performance, longevity, and personalization. We've spent years developing this system because we believe it's the future of automotive lighting.
