What Is the ORACLE Outlet?
The ORACLE Outlet is a dedicated section of our store where you can find genuine ORACLE Lighting products at significantly reduced prices. Every item has been inspected and verified functional before it's listed; the difference is simply that these products aren't brand new.
Outlet inventory may include:
- Open-box customer returns
- Trade show and demo products
- Previously installed items
- Products with cosmetic blemishes or scratches
- Discontinued inventory
- Warehouse clearance items
- Products with damaged or missing original packaging
These aren't defective products. They're perfectly functional ORACLE products that no longer qualify as new, and that distinction is exactly what makes the savings possible.
Every Product Is Tested Before It's Listed
This is the part we want to be crystal clear about: functionality is non-negotiable.
Before any item goes live in the ORACLE Outlet, it goes through inspection and functionality verification. If a product has any kind of functional issue such as non-functional LEDs, electrical problems, water intrusion, or anything that affects how it operates, it doesn't get listed. Period.
What you'll find in the Outlet are products that work exactly as they should. What varies is cosmetic condition, packaging, and history, and we tell you all of that upfront on every listing.
Understanding Our Condition Grades
To make it easy to shop with confidence, every ORACLE Outlet product is assigned one of three condition grades. Here's what each one means:
Grade A: Open Box / Like New
Products in excellent condition with little to no visible wear. These are typically open-box returns or lightly handled demo units that are as close to new as it gets, just without the sealed box.
Typical characteristics: Open-box packaging, complete hardware and accessories, minimal to no cosmetic wear, original packaging may be present.
Best for: Customers who want the closest thing to buying new while getting real savings.
Grade B: Minor Cosmetic Wear
Fully functional products that show light signs of handling, installation, or use. You might notice small scratches, light cosmetic wear, or signs that the product was previously installed, but the product itself performs exactly as it should.
Typical characteristics: Small scratches or blemishes, light cosmetic wear, installation hardware included unless otherwise noted, fully tested and operational.
Best for: Customers who prioritize performance and value over perfect appearance.
Grade C: Noticeable Wear / Packaging Issues
Fully functional products with more visible cosmetic imperfections or missing original packaging. These items have the most visible history but carry the deepest savings, and still deliver the ORACLE performance you're looking for.
Typical characteristics: Noticeable scratches or surface wear, missing original packaging, previously installed or demo inventory, fully tested and verified functional.
Best for: Budget-conscious customers and project build enthusiasts who want the lowest available price on genuine ORACLE products.

Outlet Warranty & Return Policy
Because ORACLE Outlet products are sold at significant discounts and each item has its own unique condition, they're subject to a different policy than our standard new inventory.
Warranty: ORACLE Outlet items are not covered under the standard ORACLE Lighting warranty. However, every Outlet purchase includes protection against Dead on Arrival (DOA) products and shipping damage occurring during transit.
If there's a verified issue: Contact ORACLE Lighting within 14 days of delivery. If a replacement is available, we'll send one. If not, a refund will be issued.
Returns: All ORACLE Outlet sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted for cosmetic imperfections that were disclosed in the listing, compatibility issues, or normal wear associated with the product's condition grade. Please review all product details, photos, and included components before placing your order.

What qualifies as B-Stock or Open Box inventory? B-Stock and Open Box inventory includes products that are not considered brand new. This may include open-box returns, demo units, previously installed products, items with cosmetic blemishes, damaged packaging, or discontinued inventory.
Are products tested before sale? Yes. Each product is inspected, tested, and verified functional before it's listed in the ORACLE Outlet. Product condition is outlined directly on each product page.
Do products include all original hardware and accessories? Products are expected to include the hardware and accessories necessary for installation unless otherwise noted on the product page. Some Grade C items may be missing original packaging.
Is there a warranty? ORACLE Outlet inventory is not eligible for the standard ORACLE Lighting warranty. Coverage is limited to Dead on Arrival (DOA) or verified shipping damage claims reported within 14 days of delivery.
Can I return an Outlet item? All Outlet sales are final. Returns are not accepted outside of verified DOA or shipping damage claims reported within 14 days of delivery.
Are quantities limited? Yes. Most Outlet items are extremely limited; in many cases, only one unit is available. When it's gone, it's gone.
Can I combine a promo code or discount with an Outlet purchase? No. ORACLE Outlet inventory is already significantly discounted and is not eligible for additional promo codes, discounts, or offers.
Will new inventory be added regularly? Yes. New Outlet inventory is added periodically as products become available through returns, demos, warehouse clearance, and inventory rotation. Check back often as new items can appear at any time.
