There was an isolated manufacturing issue for a certain batch of JT Flush Mount Tail Lights (Part # 5882-504). We have completed a detailed root cause analysis for an error that affects the RH (Passenger Side) tail light causing a section of LEDs in the Red perimeter light to turn off. This error is due to an issue with the PCB soldering of the array only for a specific batch of tail lights. This issue may result in a premature failure and cause the lights in a portion of the Driver Side Lights to become inactive.

We want you to know that the necessary corrective actions have taken place to eliminate this failure in the latest manufacturing runs and this issue does not affect prior manufacturing runs.

Just a week ago my passenger side taillight stopped functioning correctly and a couple days later, my wifes driver side taillight stopped functioning correctly. Sent videos of both gladiator’s taillights malfunctioning to Oracle customer support. Just want to say a big thanks to Brittany over at Oracle Lights for taking care of us.
